Why is my car vibrating

I have a Camaro convertible that vibrates at the steering wheel just before 45mph. I have had it to 2 dealerships and no one could find the cause.

I kept asking if it were the tires, but they blew me off. I recently had all four tires replaced, and that helped some, but the steering wheel still shakes a bit. As soon as I go over 45, the shake goes away. Hi, i just bought a secondhand honda crv and just recently changed the axle spindle.
