As of now NBA 2k12 is 20 bucks new at gamestop and 2k11 is 25 dollars used. I lloked at easch games respective board on this site and it seems as if most people thought 2k11 was a pretty good port for a wii sports game and most of the people were happy with it.

However, there seems to be a lot of hate for the 2k12 mainly because the developers did not include the option to play online and lack of improvement from 2k I'm not concerned with online, I'm simply looking to play a few games with my brothers this upcoming weekend.

Other than the non-inclusion of online is 2k12 just as good or better than 2k11? If so I will pick it up since it is new and five dollars cheaper.
