When do kanrocksas tickets ship
And by down to earth I mean they like taking shots of whiskey and love Taco Tuesdays…. I love Quiet Corral because the variety of sound in all of their songs, and when you see them live they give off the best, most positive vibes! I have seen them around 30 times over the years, and every time, they have melted my face off. My favorite local band is The Sex Police!!! Hope I win!!! Thank you! Kyle Elliot and Voodoo Soul are just quacktastic.
I saw them on a whim at a small dive bar with a bunch of dudes drinking whiskey and smoking cigarettes, and their gritty blues matched the atmosphere. Passionate, soulful music. I only attended their set out of apathy for any other band playing at the time, but it might have ended up being my favorite set of the night.
Hearts of Darkness! I love all live local music.. I love all local music…. Kristin May-Little has some pipes on her! They are so amazing yet SO nice and grateful. OR my guys in The Timbers. Homegrown is the best!! I hearts me some local live music! Their music is so good and so chill. The first time I saw them I got their cd at the show and its really good reggae music.
The shows are always chill fun people and its nice that there is a band so good so close to home. The 7 th annual event was slated to happen March at their new home in downtown Miami's Bicentennial Park. Langerado's independent local promoters, faced with a very tough decision in a dismal economy, cancelled the event only after every possible option was exhausted. Unfortunately, during these difficult economic times, and facing a first year in a new venue, it's become apparent that we cannot execute a production that lives up to the high standards of our past events.
Putting Langerado on hold was the toughest decision we have ever had to make. We are very grateful for the support of the greater-Miami community and the music community during this difficult time.
Boom comment. Although I like Kendrick Lamar, who are really headliners these days? I like a lot of the bands on that bill. And these were the stated festivals this guy claimed he wanted Kansroc…. Good point. Like film and TV shows, its so spread out and there are no real long term leaders, none really….
Country rules, the some of the top black stars and so on down the line, but no more super groups…no Stones, no the Who, no anyone…. The reason he dialed back the headliners for year two was he blew so much on Eminem and Muse in the first fest, that he made a calculated decision to try and make the sum great than the individual parts, KC Res. They had a great music festival…. Until it was run out of Lawrence because they let Homeland Security put up infared cameras across the camping areas underthe guise of catching….
It was more of a hippie, jam band fest — still is…down in Arkansas with String Cheese Incident headlining. A cap of 15, people of which I think it got to that number the year WSP headlined.
I loved that festival. Went there every year it was at Clinton Lake. Every one of those bands would be lucky to sell out the Beaumont before it closed. The Texas Jam it was not. Imagine Dragons alone all but sold out Starlight and a number of the other acts would blow the doors off of the Beaumont, RIP. Hubris is an interesting fatal flaw. It is the one I admire the most. Many of us secretly believe we could do things better than the current top dogs.
I think.. How many great times didwe have rocking to them…whether at raouls or the hyatt!!!!!! They sold a few tickets to the first event simply because it had true headline acts. That is fact Jack! Your email address will not be published.
KC Confidential. Skip to content. Does it Even Matter? Was he naive to think he could come out of nowhere and swack one out of the park? Pure and simple.
