You can take the items you get inside the labyrinth with you if youre lucky enough to stumble across the card that looks like a cave, taking it then exiting lets you bring everything you had collected out of the labyrinth. I got the card my first few levels in the labyrinth, so it shouldnt be too hard. XIDontDanceX leaving the labyrinth via ANY means only lets you keep items with the cottage icon next to them, that "cave" card is found at the end of each cloister within the labyrinth it allows you to leave and transfer your items gathered to the next cloister via the cottage card.
