What should inspire me

A lot of people see their past as a bad place they never want to return to; some obese over it so much they are still living in it. And their present actions reflect that. I am the type of person who rearranges my room every 6 months or so because I can get bored with the layout if it stays for a long time.

I like trying something in a new way, with a new approach, a new idea, etc. Doing something new is a source of inspiration to me, too much of the same can eventually get too mundane.

Challenges can be very hard in life. If you are not the most enthusiastic about challenging yourself constantly, then it may not be a source of inspiration for you. For me, being challenged and going out of my way to push to the next level is inspiring. Sometimes life needs changes because things have become stale or too predictable. Challenges break that mould, and the ideas and excitement that come with it create inspiration. People who, if I make a mistake or if things don't go well the first time, can point this out with a sense of "it didn't go well this time" or "you will do better next time.

I am very much inspired by someone who conveys an optimistic vision of the future that makes sense to me, especially if that vision focuses on the opportunities or possibilities that I will have, and on what these opportunities will mean to me. I make that vision my own very fast and fully, and I strive for it.

I am much inspired by people who try to see the best in me and focus on it when dealing with me. If they see me with flying colors from day one, assuming that I always give the best of me, that drives me to live up to the good image that they already have of me and my reputation. I am inspired when any problems that may arise are set forth transparently before me, with emphasis on the possible solutions and, especially, on what is expected of me.

This makes me feel worthy and respected, that the person takes me into account, and this helps me feel capable of coping with any problems and doing what has to be done to solve them!

I am inspired by serious people, by people with values who don't lie to me or use me for their own purposes or to cover up their misdoings. Every time I see someone working hard to create change or make life better for people I am inspired and honoured to be part of the things that I can be. Now he is legend. He is immortal in our culture and the stories and humanity and emotion that have been written and told are layered and real and deep and flawed — just like real life.

It knocks us down and drives us backwards. Their passion and trust and respect and ability to bring people together and get them to work towards a common goal is amazing. It just is. I know nobody is in the mood to smile all the time. But people who have smiles available when they pass strangers on the sidewalk — they are awesome.

Good on the people who choose to dedicate their lives to helping us learn something. It takes time and heart and patience that not all of us have.

If you put your life on the line on a daily basis to help protect and save lives you are a story of inspiration. And I thank you for everything that you do. But I know that there are people out there who have amazing abilities to look at a blank canvas or wall or computer screen and see the potential that it has. You all make me wish I could do it too. But to see people who can punch the keys and write the code and create a website that I want to spend time sifting through is pretty amazing.

Travel and careers and homes and creating things — seeing people go after their dreams is inspiring. Healthy People Who Live Life: Some people seem to take their health so seriously that they forget to have fun. Some people neglect their health so much you think their fun might kill them. But those people who can mix the 2, who have fun with their friends and live their lives and make healthy choices along the way inspire me to make decisions that are better for me.

Entrepreneurship: The decision to strike out on your own with an idea and plan and something to provide to the world is a tough one. And sticking with it, employing other people and making it work is both exceptional and inspiring. I mean the ability to have faith when times are hard. Faith that right will win.

That is inspiring. Farmers: They are often unappreciated. They work hard. They provide the food and fuel that we need to survive. Differences: There are a lot of awesome things about people. We like different things, think different things, believe in different things — and for the most part we have it in us to come together and live. Our differences are a great thing.

For example, how is it that simply being in a beautiful place or seeing a sunset or feeling the warmth of the sun be so inspiring? It is so awesome to me that some of the best feelings are those that you can't describe with words. Have you ever felt yourself filled with an overwhelming sense of joy or inspiration while listening to a certain song or reading a particular verse of scripture?

The feelings that I get when I experience these things are sometimes so hard to describe and are followed by a sense of awe that is just hard to explain. These are the times that I purposefully look for in my life and cherish every one of them when they occur. For some people, finding inspiration is a process.

It goes beyond just seeing and hearing things around you; it is actually taking time to recognize the beauty in the little things. It's like the old saying We have to actually take the time to look for inspiration in the midst of our hectic lives.

God has given us a backdrop of beauty, not only in our physical surroundings, but in the people we love and others around us, even those we don't know. It should never be hard to find inspiration with so many wonderful things around us. It's important to be open to receiving inspiration.
